A. We accept most major credit cards via Paypal (no account with Paypal is required). All transactions take place via 128 bit secure Encryption (look for the padlock icon in your browser). For security, your credit card details are not stored on our servers, we leave that to the professionals!
Q. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Our website is hosted on secure web servers and online payment is taken through one of the leading payment providers, Paypal. Your credit/debit card details are not stored on our servers and we have no access to them at any time.

Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class. Most items ordered are typically despatched on the same day if ordered prior to 2pm.
Q. What if I need them urgently?
A. Please contact us and we can arrange next-day delivery at an extra charge.
Q. My parcel is late, what do I do?
A. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of despatch notification please
contact us.
Q. The country I reside in is not in your delivery options, can I still purchase from you?
A. Yes, simply
contact us and we will inform you of the cost of delivery and take your order manually.
Q. The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
A. This will depend entirely on what product you are buying. Please
