Before you email us (a form is at the bottom of this page), please take a moment to read the answers below to some of the most frequently asked questions. If your question is not there, please also check the more extensive FAQ page.

Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class. Most items ordered are typically despatched on the same day if ordered prior to 2pm.

Q. What if I need them urgently?
A. Unfortunately we are not able to offer next day delivery at this time.

Q. Why can I not see my country in the drop-down?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to send to Canada or the United States at the moment.

Q. The size I want is not showing for a particular pair, can i still order?
A. If the size is not showing in the style you want, it means we are sadly out of stock in that size.

Q. I am having problems paying with a debit card.
A. It is not possible at the moment to accept debit cards on the site directly. Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card, but a debit card can only be used if you select "pay via paypal", which will then take you to the paypal site in order to pay. You do not need to have a Paypal account, in order to pay this way.

Q. I am not receiving confirmation emails from Monsterslippers.co.uk.
A. Some email providers (such as Hotmail) sometimes filter emails from unknown email addresses straight into a spam folder. If you think you should have had an email from us, please check your spam folders.

Q. I need to return a pair of slippers, how do I do this?
A. Please see our returns page for terms and conditions.
Please return the slippers to the address at the bottom of this page, stating
1. Your name and order number.
2. The reason for the return.
3. Whether you would like a replacement or refund.
Please also ensure the slippers if being returned for refund or replacement are in a saleable condition, i.e. with tags still attached, in original packaging and no wear to the sole.
